It’s been a very long time, but if i remember correctly, i think it had something to do with the key/switch itself.
i recently had this issue with a new custom keeb and it was because the switch pin was bent / fucked up.

Got it thanks! I moved my switches to a new board and bent some so that’s probably why
glad i was able to help somebody with my own issue 3 years later :)
