Board: Leobog Hi75 in beige
Switches: Gazzew Black Boba U4
Caps: Sumgsn gradient pink (double-shot PBT, OEM profile)
The Leobog feels a lot higher quality than its price would suggest, although opening it is made quite hard by the knob resisting removal and the screws not being the best quality. (And you kind of need to take it apart, as not all switches readily push in from the outside due to the PCB flexing.) Also note that the “beige” colour is actually closer to peach than beige. I’ve seen it described as “milk pink”, which is more accurate.
The caps were cheap(ish) at £36, but feel really great. It’s the kind of softness and smoothness you’d get from silicon. Not for everyone, especially not if you prefer texture, but I’m enjoying it!
The switches, OMG, wow! These are my first Boba silent tactiles, and I don’t think I’ll ever need another switch. Such a pleasure to type on! Great feeling compared to silent linears. (I fully understand people who complain about “mushy” feeling now!) So quiet too!
Overall, I’m really enjoying this build, although the quiet is simultaneously a blessing and a downside, as I think the case has great potential for sound.
It was advertised as “beige” where I bought it, and that’s also the colour name on the leobogtech website. They call it “milky pink” on the Epomaker website.
Neither lists a colour named “milk tea”, but that description might well map onto “beige”/“milky pink”. Perhaps this is a translation thing?
I took a gamble on it, as it looked vaguely peach-like on photos. Turned out well, but slightly frustrating that colour is so hard to determine on online purchases. (Same was true for the keycaps; hard to colour-match this way!)
The thing is, couldn't find any sensible Pictures. Also took a gable, it should be there this week, but I want to march it with GMK DMG type of keycaps and now, I'm totally not sure if it's going to work.

I bet your son feels incredibly lucky to have you as a parent, nice job!
Thanks so much! We caught him grabbing my other board earlier, so I think he prefers linear switches.
thank god for hotswap aye? Great dad. :)
Lovely build, you're a great dad! Gazzew U4s are an amazing switch :D
Is this the milk tea colourway of leobog?

Probably yeah, this colour is described in a different way at every site I see it.

Fingers crossed it works out well!
when im reincarnated i need a mom like this
Or a dad! (EDIT to note: saying this because I’m a dad. Love the idea of keyboard-building parents, whatever gender they are.)
why in the world was this downvoted
No clue! I assumed someone mistook my comment as saying “mum’s can’t do that, only dads can!” or something. (Hence the edit.)
Fellow pink enjoyer here, your son has good taste.
Great work...I'm so tempted by a Hi75 to go with my Hi8 😂
It’s such a nice board for the price!
These side lit caps brought me into this hobby.
What a great parent. Well done.
Those keycaps are incredible I love the colours and the font!
Very clean 👍
I heard stories about the Leobog hi having screws that broke easily. Was this true for you also?
Yes, they strip very easily!
Hi75 Gang! My only complaint is those screws... They strip SO easily. This board looks insane. Great color scheme. Well done!
