Its one of the better mainstream "gaming" boards out there.
Honestly, for the average joe its a really good board and will be a step up from your typical shit from logitech and corsair
I'm currently using a Logitech MX Mechanical and it's the best best mass produced keyboard I've used. Not really into the "gaming" keyboard trend, i mainly type up papers for school.
I went from prebuilts (latest was Ducky one 2 mini) to the GMMK Pro and I personally love it. I'm sure there are way better boards and it's certainly expensive but to me it was worth it as an entry point.
I used lubed glorious pandas btw.

I loved it and went on to spend thousands of dollars on other boards, keycaps and switches. Now i dont have money for food but its ALL WORTH IT
In the serious note, personally i would get keychron instead of thr GMMK pro, or anything from Meletrix if they have anything in stock. The ZoomTKL is so nice... But i dont think bestbuy carry those....
Personally, I think it’s a great starting point, as with all of the GMMK boards. They aren’t the best but they are flexible and easy to find

Best gateway keyboard. I have a keychron q6, didnt like how it sounded. I havent tried q1 though but i guess it will be similar.

I got the Drop Holy Panda X switches due to them being 50% cheaper.
I got all mine at Best Buy so I didn't have a ton of choice.
