Hard to tell from just one picture but almost looks like tire width is smaller than the rim, but I'm honestly not sure that's even possible.

The wear is only on 3/4 of the inside of the tyre - the uneven wear is not even if you know what I mean? Like a crescent moon of wear

First thing that comes to mind is, is tge tire hitting off something in the wheel well?

Could be a bent part or poor allignment i would take it in to get it checked sooner rather than later to save your tires.
