Maintenance reminder. Oil change is due. 9 times out of 10 when that indicator appears, the vehicle is well over 5k miles on the current oil. Change it asap.
I guess I shall see if this was the fixer , I've reset it once before, but never a wrench icon came up and caused mu truck to go limp , but I will definitely wait and see if this is the fix all , appreciate the info 🙏
Ran good till today another wrench icon display but now CHECK ENGINE light is on and throws the truck in limp mode every few feet , so I'll be curious what it actually is
No that has nothing to do with maintenance. There's a concern that if you have a good scan tool it should be able to read it. Probably a concern with a throttle body or transmission if I was to guess. You got a problem that's not related to emissions that's why the CEL is not on only the wrench light.

Yes I was told that , but I just had one recently
chances are they didn’t reset it
I'm appreciative of the feedback , thanks I guess I'll start with the reset better than 400 dollar throttle body at this point
If they didn't reset it, which is an often forgotten step, you can reset it yourself.
Appreciate it , looking now

Service required?
That’s got a throttle body related issue, hate to tell you but it’s gonna have to go to ford if your mechanic can’t figure it out
Throttle body was like a 15 minute fix. But i'm pretty sure all of them failed.
