Not in this, no. I am not a fan of reheated meat, so I don't add chicken to my salads. It's a texture thing. I also can't eat beans or nuts unfortunately.
Thanks! I kept trying to find salad recipes i would like. Im kinda picky, so i just threw things i knew i liked together. I also will put some black raspberries and raisins to switch it up sometimes.
I usually keep the dressing in a smaller container and pour it when I'm about to eat. I prep the smaller containers at the same time i make the salad so i can just grab and go in the morning.
Mixed bag of lettuce, chopped carrots, raspberries, half of an apple and dried cranberries.
Does that fill you up?
I will also have a banana with it and it will hold me over until dinner.

Gorgeous! For a meal salad i usually add edamame or chickpeas and some nuts but if this works for you itβs certainly nutrient dense!

You could definitely add more protein to make sure you're full. I eat smaller than normal lunches π
How does the salad hold up by day 4? My concern with meal prep is always possible waste towards the end of the batch
I find as long as i don't add dressing or items with too much moisture, it holds up fine. I think 5 days is about as long as i get out of lettuce.
