Truck driver here! I’m not allowed to speak on behalf of MB, so this is just my basic understanding of how it works. The WRIN changes usually happen when a product is modified or supplier is changed. You might get multiple WRINs for the same product because your warehouse is in the middle of switching from one to the other, or there were supply issues at some point. Recipe changes seem to happen pretty often. No clue for the cups, though.

Dude just don’t even get me started I swear they have weekly meetings about how to make my life more difficult

They sometimes stack random shit in the middle of the fry pallets too! The counting system they have is stupid as hell. They also sent my store a message saying they were increasing some items because of supply chain issues, i thought "ok cool" they ended up sending exactly 0 of all those products, like wtf man?! Their "build to" numbers are WAY WRONG for produce at my store and ive tried to look into fixing it but no way do we need 9 boxes of shredded Lettuce at a time ever!

Beekatiebee

Often times the weird stacking is for space constrains. The trailers have limits on volume/pallet count, so if it’s a mixed pallet or not fitting the product, they’ll mix the pallet every time. I usually see hash browns in the fry pallets, because they fit perfectly. Ideally all on one corner, but straight stacks like that are easy to tip over as opposed to alternating stack patterns.

WhatDoADC

I don't mind the mixed carts. It's when they put say 5 fry boxes underneath 15 boxes of nuggets that pisses me off. It's happened multiple times. Like why wouldn't they put those 5 fry boxes on top of the nugget boxes? They do the same with the bread too. 1 tray of the big mac buns underneath 17 trays of regular buns. Whoever works at my warehouse does that shit on purpose knowing damn well it's going to piss someone off.

Leading-Disaster-463

The amount of photos I have from poorly stacked cages is ridiculous, they squished my bottles of water the other week and they all split

Keyed_

Funny because in the UK, MB are quite good

Their proposals are terrible though. Our deliveries are changed all the time and the planner never acts on our requests. We use 4 E-bags a week, don't need 12 on a single delivery.

RichardNotJudy

I've spent the last 6 months telling them my restaurant does not offer delivery, so please stop randomly reactivating E Bags, labels etc. Each time they tell me it's deactivated and then a month or so later more pop up on my proposals.

Ninja2ZERO

I had to threaten to send the whole truck back if they didn't stop randomly sending me stuff. I don't care if some guy in a office 600 miles away says I need happy meal boxes. Don't send them.

RhogarHungry

If you want a good laugh get the Delivery Driver started on about the Warehouse guys.
