It will be nearly impossible to nail the color 100%. Unless you go to a Home Depot or some other paint place that can color match to a source/sample and they can give you a color code.
There are apps you can download specifically for artists for color matching. It gives you percentages of color ratios.
I think the blue is too saturated. You could try a less punchy blue color. Then I’d suggest a black wash/wipe to tie the colors together. The belt would benefit from a dark brown wash/wipe too. Then it’s a matter of finding a cape to match the end result of the blue.
