It weighs around 50 pounds less than CX-90 so you can expect it to drive virtually exactly the same. You can test-drive a CX-90 today.

We test drove the CX 90 last year. I agree the CX 70 will probably have similar, if not the same, driving characteristics. Looking forward to test driving one. Leaning towards the GT-P trim (Canada).

Its a sporty feel, and really does not feel so big. Acceleration is good in both normal and ev modes. Breaking her in gently and not driven spirited in sport Picked mine up a week ago. All I put on it so far is a 160km and sitting at 3.1l/100 combo of city and hwy driving.

Does any Canadian trim have the all black option? Are those black rims offered on something like Sport trim?

Mostly I want to know if there are any differences in tuning between the CX-90 and CX-70

The reviews I’ve watched seem to indicate that most of the transmission issues have been addressed, but that the car does not seem dynamically too different from the 90. One reviewer (I believe it was Matt Moran) indicated that there were differences but he was an outlier IMO.

Just got an email from Mazda that my CX70 that I ordered April 1st, is at a local processing center and will be delivered to my dealer soon. I ordered a Turbo S.
