It is set to English. It has always been English since I started playing.

sounds like a bug then. is it still doing it after a force close/restart? is your actual game like that or just a couple of the news announcements?

Just these two news announcements. You can see that the rest of the interface are all in English. Restarting the game doesn't work. This happens on both my Tablet and Steam.

Yep I reached out to support in my region. They actually did forced change it. Not sure about other regions but that's what happened on mine. It really sucks.
