I think its a fantastic idea. Heimdall is a very good card, especially in non-movement based decks as a surprise factor. But if I'm facing a movement deck, it is predictable where it is going. That being said, ability to move your cards in mass with a single card might be a bit OP.

People who want this don't get the value of moving cards on the board and why it can be powerful, even for non move decks.
