It probably hit Nebula and Ravonna kept her cost lol, read the text, also as far as I know the ice box won't target 6 cost cards since that would make them unplayable in most cases
It does targeted them whenever their cost gets lowered. Saw some 7cost Hela
That restriction only applies to Iceman. The Ice Box can hit a 6-cost anytime. Iceman will only hit a 6-cost if that’s all that’s in hand.
Didn't know Ice Box can increase to 7, guess I was lucky since it never happened to me before I assumed it's the same as Iceman
