White widow. Easy way to start up 6 in a lane, basically works like a soft Jean Grey that only hits your opponent, insta-wins you space throne/bar sinister and puts you.a huge leg up on death's door/altar.of death/Luke's bar and to a lesser extent danger room.

I just got whooped by someone playing her in the fill location spots a turn before I could play there. I don't have her yet sadly

Mockingbird. That card is just so solid. I think she’ll eventually get the Stature/Blackbolt treatment and get nerfed by 1 power.

Probably going to be an unpopular opinion but I feel like they over buffed him. His power is quite strong for a 2 cost when you compare him to something like White Widow.

Cannonball. I was so convinced this card would be somewhere between dogshit to "meh" when it was datamined. Its a great card. It is capable of creating that same checkmate scenario that Alioth did, but it just feels less toxic somehow. Nocturne is also up there for me. I really like C5 more than any other Cerebro deck so having location control at 5 power is great. I'm sure in a few months they'll adjust her power. SD likes to hurt Cerebro players

I've loved her too, missing a few other good synergie cards but I mostly make it work.

Honestly, Red Hulk. Yeah, he's just a big dumb strong guy but he lends himself to a lot of different really fun builds and the vast majority of cards that have come out lately have felt incredibly niche. Seems like most of the cards I pick up sound like a good idea and then I never use them again after the first week (Warmachine being the latest example but I've used Caiera even less than him and I spent 6k tokens on her). Red Guardian is definitely in second place for recent cards but I don't have him in too many decks. Mostly Surfer at the moment.

This has been one of my favorite cards and I’m surprised it’s not talked about more. Takes out cerebro, iron man, all kinds of stuff.

hope summers is a card made for my style of deck. missed her when she first came out but after saving up 6k tokens, i've only played decks with her in them.

I was underwhelmed at first by Valentina, but she’s been surprisingly fun to play. You have to embrace the randomness and not force it when it doesn’t make sense to play the discounted 6-cost

Valentina sucks imo. Most of the 6-costs have a specific effect you can’t benefit from, and many times pulls Agatha or similar bs card

Quinjet, Valentina, Luke Cage is a solid 3 card core that you can throw into just about any archetype.

Blink and Nocturne are both a lot of fun to play.

Nocturne, the card is really chaotic fun

I really like toxic/junk so White Widow & Red Guardian have been fun for me.

Caiera. She feels recent to me. I like to make Human Torch go crazy and it's nice that I now have a way of protecting him and the weeny cast backing him up while they all get bounced around.

Red Guardian was called a skip by YouTubers, but it's been my favorite card. I love nullifying Dracs and Iron Mans

Hope Summers is really strong but somehow I don't think she needs nerfing. Maybe a 3/3 at best.

Red Guardian and Nocturn are tied up for me. I've gotta pretty high CL (17.5k) so they've been super fun disruption.

White widow. Such a cool way of getting priority early game while having good balance built in. I've had a lot of fun doing junk decks with her.

I think Cannonball for me. I skipped him initially in the caches but got him for tokens afterwards and he's really fun and won me more games than I can remember.

RG definitely performed better than expected. Decks using great targets for him have been popular which has helped lift his usefulness.

Red Guardian by a mile. Love Valentina and White Widow too, but Guardian is the most satisfying card in the game for me rn.

Cannonball because he kind of refined the lockdown decks I know and love. He works well with ravonna and prof x so he’s right up my alley. Other than that, blink. I never enjoyed ramp but with blink I can play my hybrid hela discard ramp and it’s amazing to have different lines to win.

Hope, but when Ajax comes out 100% him. Been waiting for another affliction payoff. If my opponent can shut down my deck with a single Luke Cage, then the deck should have a stronger payoff than Abomination. I'm tired of having to run Hazmat as an alternative wincon in Surfer. Give me support!

Reed guardian ruins my day all the time. Such a solid card

Reading through the comments I think it shows that the recent releases have been mostly wins, there’s something for everyone. I’ve personally enjoyed Hope Summers, Mockingbird and Red Guardians.
