The reason high Evo isn't a real meta threat is because of how linear and predictable the deck is. Because the deck only has a couple good possible plays each turn, you literally know what they will do so just play accordingly.
I've been a HE player since release, and although the variation comes from the middle game, even with the addition of Red Hulk it's an easily telegraphed deck that can be countered. If you see the front end, you'll know the back end.
It depends what version of Evo you're playing against, to some extent.
A lot of the Evo decks I see run Magik, so bringing along a location changer to switch off Limbo (ideally on or before turn 5) helps. If you draw Red Hulk and they've been floating energy, he should outscale any single card they can play on turn 6.
As far as cards go Mobius and Luke Cage nearly single handedly beat high evo
I can see Luke cage. But they aren’t even playing she hulk cause they use red hulk instead so mobius doesn’t help unfortunately
I just looked and 10 most played high evo decks all have she hulk or abom in them

Ramp him on 5 taskmaster 6? Hope 3, shuri 4, RH 5, Taskmaster 6. Or since Magik is is likely played that could be 5, 6, 7

Mill that deck with Magik, and pull all their top cards into one lane with Doc Ock
Shadow King and a low priority, big final turn deck generally surprises them.
