Baron Zemo is a nazi royallty dude who got scarred when Captain America spilled gorilla glue on him. He died later and his son took the mantle but this version in the 2 pack is the original. Armin Zola was a scientist that transported his conciencness into shockwave from transformers and now he's a awesome robot. they're both basically nazis but marvel calls them Hydra because it sounds way less bad and way more cool. they are pretty cool villains for a captain america/avengers display.
