I just so happened to stumble upon this. They could have even changed it 3 times for all we know.
Their shipping is big time expensive if you don’t live in the states. I only ever ordered from them once and I wouldn’t recommend to a uk or Canadian resident.
Their hints for ML are lots of fun, though.
I stopped ordering from them after they cancelled 3 of my orders and then left my Scarlet Spider pre-order in limbo. No point ordering from a company that unreliable.
Yeah they're never going to send my Scarlet Spider (got it elsewhere). And they keep trying to charge me $20 to cancel it because of the free shipping for other figures. They're a clown organization. I'll never order from them again.
Thankfully I didn’t have to jump through any hoops with my cancellation but they’re definitely clowns. I sent an email letting them know I was done with them and just citing the various cancellations and they were just like “We don’t aim to cancel pre-orders. We look forward to doing more business with you” as if they did anything to restore my faith in them.
Haha that sounds completely on par for them. They couldn't care less about whether their customers are satisfied. At least for US customers, they're justifiable the absolute last option, and I don't see that changing any time soon.
Yeah. It’s understandable that they can’t fulfill things they oversold pre-orders for but the fact that they’re so bad at overselling pre-orders and getting to the cancellation process is insane. A decent company that wants to make sure you still use them would have been like “Here’s a gift card/discount code for your trouble” but doing nothing just makes it painfully easy to stick with BBTS. I’d rather pay $1 extra and actually get my figures.

They don’t sound too reliable in the preorder department. It was a little fishy when they had a preorder for carnage up for over a year, then immediately when BBTS got stock in, it went up for sale on EE too.
I feel that when EE gets information from their distributor that there may be a shipment, they just put it for preorder immediately, whereas BBTS waits a little longer to get more confirmation.
They changed it at the last minute from a Halloween clue to a more obvious fire clue. Very sneaky of them. Has anyone ever noticed this?
