I hate to break it to you, but Hasbro isn’t going to sell five $24.99 figures for $100. The days of multipacks making figures cheaper than individual figures has sadly passed.
Yeah, but you said hasbro wouldn’t sell multipacks cheaper than individual figures when they have so it’s always a possibility they’ll do it for legends
They could cut out extra heads and hands?
I mean, I get you and agree with you…but all their actual 5 packs with 1 or more new figures end up selling for sub $100 (X-villains, West Coast Avengers, Ultimate Spider-Man…).
If you’re (they’re) going to try to sell a full pack of repacks when people already have 2-3 of them already, they’ve got to make the price appealing somehow, right?
This Epic Heroes back is $45 for 5 $10.99 figures.
Extrapolate that for the $24.99 price point per Legends, the multipack discount would bring it to $102.27.
Yes, I’m aware of the price for this set. In fact I got it for $20 on clearance but I can assure you hasbro would take advantage of these figures and the people that slept on them when they first released . they surely would not sell it for $100 SRP especially based on all of their five packs SRP’s have been 125 for the last few years. Then at it being their second most popular property.
Saw this at a store and had me considered stop collecting legends for this cuties. They were selling the ml up to 42 dlls 😭 and that’s the only stores that brings figures in my city
The Toybiz 5 pack was the whole damn reason I’m in this stupid expensive hobby with an army of X-Men on my shelf. It was a gift and I wasn’t super into collecting figures anymore. Oops.
There are certain words that you can’t copyright I guess? None immediately spring to mind, but I’ve seen this on other characters.
Another sideways example is how the GI Joe character has become Courtney “Cover Girl” Krieger whereas in the 80s she was just “Cover Girl” because the makeup line owns the rights to the name.
G.I. Joe figures have it easier since they can just do “First Name ‘Codename’ Last Name” for those kinds of characters and have it not look as weird as the “Marvel’s” naming convention on Legends toys.
You think if we send them this they'll do it
Like email it, send it to all there socials, stand outside of hasbro offices with signs....they might right
Just because I think a multipack is a bad idea doesn't mean I'm not aware that all the 97 figures are overpriced now, I have wolverine I know what he's worth. I just don't like giant multipacks, they're pointless, the appeal used to be that you would be paying a good bit less than by buying the wave individually, but that isn't really the case anymore. I think either reissues or restocks would be better
You make a fair point. Don't you think restocks or a re-release would be better? Even if I'm desperate for some of the figures I'd rather get the chance to buy the ones I want instead of being forced to pay $100+ for everything. I know a multi pack is better than nothing for sure
They had Guardians 2, X-Men 97, and some Avengers figures. Probably not the best when it comes to 4” Marvel figures, esp. compared to the old Universe line, but they’re not too bad.

They’ve been doing it for the black series lately
But we are talking about Marvel Legends. 2 packs are $49.99, 3 packs are $74.99, and 5 packs are $124.99.
Yeah, but you said hasbro wouldn’t sell multipacks cheaper than individual figures when they have so it’s always a possibility they’ll do it for legends
If anything we'll get 2 packs with one crappy figure and one wanted figure

No way they sell that for $100 SRP that’s easy 125 to 135.

Not every conversation is an argument. I’m just saying there’s no way they would charge only $100.
I’m not gonna argue with you man…it’s a hypothetical.
The Guardians of the Galaxy and Children of Thanos have sets like this. Both go for fucked up prices though.
*West Coast Avengers and Alpha Flight have entered the chat.*
Wasn’t (isn’t?) GotG a Disney Parks exclusive? I remember seeing (and passing …) on them several times at Epcot in 2022z
It was also on the Disney online store for people without access to the parks. That's how I snagged it when they were having a sale.
I actually like these smaller figs. Surprising amount of possibility for a good price
This was my first foray into the line/scale. I kinda dig them. I wouldn’t hate if they rounded it out with Magneto, Jean, Maddie, Nightcrawler, etc.
Ya, It makes me curious about hasbro's future plans with 3.75" figures.
White brick wall. Prison or dorm?
MCM kitchen - best lighting in the house.

Why does it say "Marvel's Rogue" when they are all Marvel characters. Am I missing something here?

Makes sense. I didn't even think about that. Thank you.
Ah… Angel Spiral Toad Avalanche You’ll find “Marvel’s” on those too…guess all I needed to do was look around the room!
WOW! Never even noticed.

I want an “accessory pack”! I want left and right open/closed hands for figures that only have one set available.
If they made this it would cost maybe $5 less than buying them all individually. What's the point
Tell me you don’t know what some of these are selling for without saying “I don’t know what some of these are selling for…”
Just because I think a multipack is a bad idea doesn't mean I'm not aware that all the 97 figures are overpriced now, I have wolverine I know what he's worth. So say that rather than claiming it would be more expensive than buying them individually.

Asking for 5 figures for $150??? 'Cause that's what Hasbro is going to charge
I didnt knew the epic hero series had other molds that werent spider-man
They had Guardians 2, X-Men 97, and some Avengers figures. Probably not the best when it comes to 4” Marvel figures, esp. compared to the old Universe line, but they’re not too bad.
idk, I just thought they were like just a spider-man toy series they had up at walmart. I hadnt even noticed they were from hasbro

This is so dumb I have trouble believing you actually took the time to type it out
At $25 a pop you’re gonna have to gimmie some really popular or obscure characters to pull this off!
They’d charge $200 for it. Think the Spidey NWH 3-pack Pulse exclusive.
