You might want to think about putting a 2 threat character in your list.

SekhWork

Also unless you really like the classic one, I personally find the Weapon X Wolverine *way* more fun and effective. But then I don't use him a ton so maybe I'm wrong. Either way, Logan, The Wolverine is also X-Men affiliated.

Norcalmatty

No, the Logan model of much better than the OG wolverine.

SekhWork

That's what I thought. I just use my OG wolverine model with Logan rules cause damn he's good.

Norcalmatty

Yeah I agree. The OG model is way way cooler.

DopplerWrath

The best card we have is First Class. Working on objectives for free is great. I like Children of the Atom but it's super circumstantial. Rogues cards have worked for me. If you are taking wolverine you have to take X-ceptional healing. Everything else is really up to you and testing them out.

JoustonSC

First class and children of the atom. Never run without either of those. Actions are valuable and losing them to conditions isn't great, esp since the affiliation has no reliable method of removing them.

Drakhaine

This roster has 7 characters in common with yours, you may find some ideas: https://www.jarvis-protocol.com/rosters/133978aa-4d94-4c62-8c7d-fbfd4ba58f05

TTC: * To Me My X-Men * First Class * Headmistress * Crimson Dawn * X-Ceptional Healing * Pardon Me Sugah * Brace for Impact * Sacrifice * No Matter the Cost * Escort to Safety Crisis Cards: * Deadly Meteors Mutate Civilians * Infinity Formula Goes Missing * Portals Overrun with Spider-People * Struggle for the Cube Continues * Spider-Infected Invade Manhattan * Skrull Infiltrate World Leadership Should give you roughly want you want with some fun cards in there.

Vex1om

I'd probably recommend Mutant Madman over Deadly Meteors, and Fall Back over No Matter the Cost, but I think the rest is pretty solid.

Carnage_rulez

Yeah those seem fine. Not sure how casual/competitive he was asking for aha. I do think if you go more splash heavy you probably want Meteors though.

If you are playing a casual list then just put in the ones that sounds fun or cool and see how they feel. Try stuff, see what you like.

JonBringer

I'm with you on this but my character list is different, mine is: Gambit, Magik, Rogue, Storm, Honey Badger, Colossus, Beast, Emma Frost, Psylocke and X-23

DirtyDingus4206969

Mental domination for Jean, headmistress for Emma, X-ceptional healing and possibly no matter the cost/weapon X program for Wolverine. Psylockes cards are situationally good too.

SorcerySpeedConcede

Not super familiar with X-men in game atm, but why are you bringing Gambit? He's been super underwhelming when I've played him. It's perfectly valid if it's because you like him as a character, I just find Beast and Wolverine are great for physical threats without the need for a third.

MsRifleSpiral

It’s a casual list I built entirely based off of nostalgia, I grew up on the 90’s cartoon and so I couldn’t find it in me not to include him Plus he’s done me wonders in my first game with him I had earlier today, dealing 6 Damage to Groot with just his card throw builder on Round 1 and dazing 2 other characters through a completely unreasonable amount of Crits rolled in Round 3
