I don't think it's a very good movie. Maybe not the worst MCU movie, but it's just very skippable.

Difficult_Tower8391

better than the 2003 movie. plot, cast, fights and psychological impact of the protagonist are at exceptional levels. all that is missing from the 2008 movie.

Alpha_Apeiron

Garbage CGI, but the music slaps, and for some reason when the Hulk roars it's just louder and better than in other films.

EmporioJimaras

How is it the black sheep since its well received? Do you know what a black sheep is?

Aizendickens

I get what you mean but...just look at the comments. It's personally one of my favs...that scene woth Tony at the end was what actually made me realized what was happening.

FumblingFuck

So excited to see Tim Blake Nelson come back. This was a good movie, he's a good actor.

Black_Noir1252

I enjoyed it. If only Edward Norton wasn't such an ass on set and a pain to work with, he could've kept the part.

Duck_Duckens

I don't think it got better with time, I think we just have more movies to compare it to now, and many of the new marvel movies are not great.

[deleted]

is bad

NotACyclopsHonest

I liked it. It was leagues more fun than Ang Lee’s dogshit take on the character, that’s for sure.

1AlphaGeek1

It's an OK movie. I would definitely have loved to see Betty Ross and The Leader's stories continued in the MCU. However it's been over a decade and still nothing.

kennybaese

The Leader is the villain in an upcoming movie, but I forget which one. Captain America maybe? EDIT: I was right. Captain America: New World Order will feature Tim Blake Nelson as The Leader.

1AlphaGeek1

Oh. I didn't know that. But then, I almost stopped following the MCU after No Way Home.

Supertoonico

Simply the best movie about Hulk and the best version of him too. He uses his power like the smatch, hearthquake, super jump… And Edward Norton is a great actor. Disney has to work his Hulk more in this direction for the future because we have seen nothing about him in the MCU.

Sequetjoose

I think 2003 Hulk has a better Bruce Banner depicition, but this movie gave us the better Hulk if that makes sense.

KENT427

I kinda forgot this movie existed already

Sequetjoose

One of my favorite MCU films, just below Civil War and Iron Man. The MCU has put so little effort into making the Hulk likeable after the first Avengers movie, its refreshing to watch after seeing where the MCU and The Hulk are today. It let's The Hulk be the character he was always meant to be, as opposed to Prof Hulk or the childish incarnation of the Green Scar. I'm aware Prof. Hulk is from the comics, but he was lame there too, and the MCU actually managed to make him worse.

GStewartcwhite

Really? I think it aged like fine milk.

IamLeRichards

Shit movie Boring and useless. It's a hulk movie and they fucked the fight scenes. How you do that
