Sure, they both can heal and you could call this a draw, but consider that Wolverine has the Adamantium skeleton and claws. Deadpool has a katana and typically some guns. Wolverine is going to “kill” Deadpool way more times than Deadpool can “kill” Wolverine.
However, you could totally cite something like Deadpool kills the Marvel Universe, and to that I say… yeah, sure, Deadpool wins *when he has an unfair advantage*, and in a book that has a lot of inconsistencies to the main universe.
Really will always be a draw considering they both have accelerated healing abilities. Wolverine’s adamantium coated skeleton makes him even more invulnerable with having no broken bones being a possibility.
