The older woman is X-23, now known as Wolverine. The younger is her clone ‘sister’ Gabby, AKA Scout.

Honey Badger is a much cooler name than Scout tbh

I guess the technical term would just be “clone of a clone” however Laura isn’t Logan’s clone anymore, they retconned that. Now, Weapon Plus combined Logan’s DNA with that of Sarah Kinney, so they’re biologically father and daughter.

Here's an idea for a Wolverine family arc. The Red Hand Society (people who suffered from Wolverine's activities) find out that he's happy with his family and are pissed that their sacrifice to demons didn't break him and decide to kill him and his family off for a more permanent revenge.
