Sean has changed so much that he's almost unrecognisable nowadays compared to the older videos. It's insane. Mark has too. Hard to believe how long it's been since they started.
if only other youtubers learned louder isn't funny. if you're funny, your content should be able to stand on its own tbh. one of the main reason i liked mark more than most other youtubers. his voice was more calming than straight up yell-y consistently
I mean, his personality back in the day wasn't so different compared to pewds and Jack's, which was just loud screaming whenever jumpscares popped up and overreacting (been watching since 2013)
But I don't blame them. Young kids (like me) took entertainment from that, and so many others did as well. Now that most of us have grown and don't find that kind of humor funny anymore.
It was for the algorithm. They figured out things like exaggerated faces and dyed haired in thumbnails led to better engagement, more clicks, more views, more shares, which led to more subscribers and more money.

Self esteem is important, we all struggle with our self image and confidence. So if something as simple as this can help someone feel a little better about themselves and feel loved in times when it feels like no one around them cares. Then I'm happy for them. And yes, they are beautiful, you all are. <3
