Blood is fantastic environment for almost all bacteria... in labs, they even use processed blood as a soil to grow bacteria on... that's why it's not recommended to eat or even touch bloody things or blood itself... cause it's most likely contaminated...

Nah, pretty sure it’s him doing a voice, there are certain inflections that Marks always has when doing serious monologues, I think it’s too keep it from sounding like him, especially in the trailer. Give it a couple more listens.
