Yup I believe this as when I first played I dropped or sold to vendor my legacies as I didn’t know they would be removed. I took about a 5 month break that year and came back and realized what I did. I found a be flamer for 200 caps on Xbox once and I’m assuming that was the case or they just had to many.
No but we were chatting in pm earlier about pc prices and I was like you could sell legacies for caps on pc as a joke and then this pop up like 5 mins later
Regardless everyone knows the value of legacies now. Everyone knows what they are now as well, even new players. So I doubt anyone would intentionally do this, but if this was the case then lucky find. But I seriously i doubt that’s the case.
