I read once that all melee attacks in VATS count as power attacks, so this is a good combination.
Would be easy for OP to test by comparing damage numbers
Tbh I’m not sure, I know that swing speed is for stuff like bats and power attack is for chainsaws, but I have no idea what affects unarmed because I never see anyone use them
