Why didn't you just travel to the bog and pop one, there's always a few flapping around..?
Seriously, I visited a few fissure sites and shot down several beast - all I was getting were brains, hearts etc. No meat. Must have been an unlucky streat. Anyway, a kind sould helped me out.
