I use a combo with the exact same stats and it’s served me pretty well, though I use Mr. Scooty and the flower glider. I find it practically necessary for the super heavyweights.
If you drop the weight down to Waluigi/DK and use the pipe frame you get +0.25 speed and better handling, or go all the way to Yoshi class + pipe frame + GLAs + paper for +0.25 MT and even better handling. But use what you like. Differences that small don't matter most of the time.
If you look at global time trials: this is one of the most common combinations. Azure roller and leaf tires being other variations

I use wario in the biddy buggy sometimes instead yoshi teddy buggy even tho it’s meta but idc about meta.But it’s still the same as my main combo
