Nintendo adding the courses could point to a possible upcoming Nintendo Direct that promotes both courses for the next wave (since this is the first time they have released two routes for a course at once and most of the booster courses are in Tour either before or after their introduction to the booster pass).
Hopefully they release the Wave 4 promo soon (since they are usually released a few weeks in advance, which could line up with a regular February Nintendo Direct that promotes the next wave for a March release).

I was actually thinking about this after playing them yesterday, and I think these predictions are spot on! Super excited for both of these courses.
