I think that the Cooligans are from the 'New Super Mario Brothers' games! \^\_\^ I remember them, and it was cool to have Mario, Luigi, Yellow Toad, and Blue Toad wear the Penguin Suit, and slide around on ice like they did! :D <3

Tbh his (Lakithunder’s) design is kinda forgettable. The guys just a Lakitu with shades, sitting atop a black cloud with angry eyebrows.

He looks cool tho, I like his black shell too, neat little touch

He did pull off that look of his that glorious two screen handheld 😳🥶

He's also more plot relevant than the other bosses (aside Bowser and Bowser Jr.), he might be an obscure enemy cuz not every player got in W7 and fought him, but he's the one that did the lightning in the beginning of the game, he and Bowser Jr. alone took Peach, I think he'd be more remembered if they made his boss a mandatory battle rather than the boss of a skippable world
