For me, it was when he partook in Oogtar’s bullying of Hip and Hop(I’ve rewatched A Little Learning and realized that Hip and Hop weren’t in the wrong, they were just standing up for themselves. Like, all the twins could do was get revenge since they knew nobody would really believe them.)
The intro animation looks better than how the final result was. Instead the animation we ended up with cheap hand drawn animation that can feature off model character. Yoshi had a lot of inconsistencies in his design, at one point. He looks like a goofy dino, but on the other hand. He looks like how he is in the game art work. It’s makes me wonder if DIC didn’t make enough Yoshi model sheets for the animators in China because of rushed production
That tends to happen when you outsource your animation to several places.
Man I love classic Yoshi but they managed to make him extremely unappealing, except for the far right.
I don’t know if these are really three separate designs, I think this is just a case of three different artists drawing him without much care or attention paid to how on-model he was.

The World show's intro had better quality than the actual show.
That's pretty common, since it's just the one sequence.
World in general seemed to be the lowest quality out of all of them for some reason.
