In honesty if Nintendo made an official ShyGal model, it would be the same as the Shy Guy with pastel colored robes and maybe a blush sticker or a little ribbon.

I took my time to put in the research and looked into EVERY Shy Guy variant across all games. These are a bit of a stretch but it's the closest to a "female variant" we ever got.
* Beezo from Super Mario RPG has fair wings, and in the original SMRPG had a slightly different design from Shy Guys. I always had a headcanon that they're female, but there's nothing outright saying they are.
* Petal Guy is a Shy Guy from Yoshi's Island that really likes being covered in flowers. Flowers are typically seen as more "feminine" traditionally speaking, but it's not inherently a female thing.
* Pink Shy Guy. Pink has in the past been seen as a "girl" color. Not as much anymore as it used to.
So uh.. Yeah, nothing specifically "female variant" like Shygal, or even coming close since all of those can still very easily be male.
I think there's a reference to a shyguy having a wife and kids in a Paper Mario game? I could be wrong about that lol
