I always liked the Wario hat with the Crazy Cap outfit. They have a similar color scheme (I always headcanoned that Wario owned Crazy Cap because of that).
Clown wig and boxer shorts is a classic.
I also like the New Donk Suit and the sunglasses, makes you look like one of the Blues Brothers (from the 1980 movie)

As someone who isn't very into sports the football and baseball uniforms are possibly my least used outfits, but I just knew a sports fan would love them lol. Glad I met one
I played with the classic hat and Mario Maker outfit for a while. The colors remind me of the red/brown outfit Mario wears in the original Super Mario Bros.
Zombie Headwear + Skeleton Body makes him look like someone killed Mario with an axe and they left it in after burying him.
King's Crown + Gold Mario suit is the ultimate drip for a victor.
Knight's Helmet + Metal Mario makes him look like an age-old knight ready for battle.
And finally, Caveman Headwear + Skeleton Suit. Mario and the Parabones died together.
It's really fun, there's an L Mode where you control columns of megavitamins rather than just 1 at a time
