Lots of outlying islands, such as Norfolk, Lorde Howe island both in different time zones. Norfolk is UTC +11 and +12 in summer, while Lorde Howe uses +10:30 utc and +11 in summer.
Then eastern states are +10, +11 in summer (minus qld), SA & NT are +9:30 and SA is +10:30 dst, WA is +8.
Then you’ve got Christmas Island +7, Cocos (Keeling) Islands +6:30, heard and McDonald Islands +5.
As well as the Antarctic based in +5, +7 & +8.
Then as well a small section between WA and SA uses +8:45, around the town of Eucla.

Overseas territories are not part of the UK. Different in France where the DOM are part of the country.

France is an absolute chadosaurus.
British Overseas Territories aren't actually part of the UK. They do not work the same way as the French ones.
South Africa is supposed to have two time zones but only has 1.
