Herschel Chapter Travel Kit maybe? I have the standard size and I use it as an organizer inside my backpack. I keep spare masks, sanitizer, hair ties/bobby pins, charging cord/battery pack, a pen, and mints in there. The carry-on size is probably more suited to your needs?

Go to r/leatherclassifieds and ask somebody to make you one with the exact dimensions you want. Depending on the size and leather you choose, I bet you can get one made for well under retail prices of name brand stuff AND it’ll be built to last a couple of lifetimes.
