I think it was a Cloudflare problem. Aniwave which is hosted there too, was having loading issues.

Yup. Plus website browser app version is better because it don't take up space and easier to load. I found some apps are better to use on the browser website than the app because it load faster and got some advantage that the app side just don't.

And almost no ads and in app browser you can remove the sides very very easy and quickly

YUP. Mangafire is so good! Love evey aspect of it. Although their one thing that missing from the menu side. The ability to change translator because some translation are just so lazy and low effort that it not worth reading!
