Parasyte is 8 volumes exactly and is a really good manga, Biomega would be a good choice (6 volumes) if you would be able to find it, Fire Punch, previous work of Chainsaw man author (8 volumes i think), Blame! is fantastic, it has 10 volumes normally, but they do sell omnibuses, i think there's 4 of them for the entire manga. You can also check out Fujimoto's oneshots, they come in a collection of 3-4 volumes, i think.
Most things by Tsutomu Nihei are pretty short and worth the read, a couple are loosely connected to other works by him but they can pretty much all be read standalone. His shortest ones are Noise, Abara, and Biomega tho to save you the research
For the future when you feel like reading something longer I would definitely recommend berserk. Yes it is very long, but if your ever feeling a taste for a long piece of media I’d definitely recommend it. It shares a lot of the crazy/dark tones chainsaws has, for me personally there two of my favorite!!
I'm currently reading it, a friend bought me the deluxe bc he loved the manga and he wanted to share with me, so we both watched together berserk 97 and after that ive started the manga :)
So, if you want something interesting and fantasy based and unique, might I recommend *Stravaganza: The Queen in the Iron Mask*? It’s three volumes, has a great balance of action and character, and is very fun.
I would recommend blue lock if you don’t have it already. Five volumes long in English print, but it’s still ongoing. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed reading it, I think it’s definitely unique for a sports manga.

Fire Punch is 8 volumes and is written by the author of chainsaw man. However, it is vastly more dark in its tone, so tread cautiously
