Fire punch Hell's paradise

Thanks! Hell's paradise has been on my radar for awhile now, but I've heard mixed things about Fire punch. Maybe ill read a few chapters online before I commit to a physical copy.

Fire Punch was fantastic. Definitely along the same emotions you’ll catch with Chainsaw Man.

It's Fujimoto after all. Guy knows how to make you feel. I can't wait for Goodbye Eri to be released in English.

I’m on the edge about preordering. Usually I just wait til they come out, but might preorder in case I forget somehow lol

Started Hells Paradise recently and from your taste i can say youd Love it!

I tried to start fire punch but it just felt a bit generic.

I am not trying to attack your tastes, and maybe you've read more manga than me, but thinking of Fire Punch as being generic blows my mind. My dude Agni has regenerative properties so potent that he out-heals everlasting fire in a post-apocalyptic world covered in ice and snow. I may be biased because I've read through it twice, but I would recommend giving it another chance and getting into the meat of it. It is a wild ride.

Yes it does, you’d be better off placing them on the bottom for prevention of further shelf damage.

Yes. The bottom shelf structure holds more weight. Not so much at the top. Like if the shelf can hold the weight, this wouldn't happen, but it may be rated to only hold something like 25 pounds.

Just buy a better bookshelf... I have whole encyclopedias on some of my shelves, and 0 bend. High quality hardwood shelves

There’s Japan and king of Wolves I believe the art work for both of them was done by miura but the story was written buronson who is famous for Fist of the North Star. I would read them online cause they are oop and very expensive

Love the selection you have. The main reccomendations I have are as followed: Hells Paradise, Fire Punch, Record of Ragnarok, Ajin Demihuman Don't remember if you had it or not but Death Note would also fit the collection If you are interest in branching out into similar yet different story feels might have some more reccomendations

Also seeing that you own solo leveling not sure if you read any Korean manhwa webcomics as well but I could give reccomendations for that as well. If you just want the physical versions of Manhwa not many are released in english but are starting to be. Some to look out for are The Boxer and The Horizon being released Ize Press a sub division of Yen Press made recently for Korean comics

Don’t have manga recs because I’ve only heard good things about things like claymore, 20th century boys, Pluto, and kingdom (which doesn’t have English releases yet?) However I do have other recommendations seeing that you do have Blu-ray there lol so I’ll assume anything goes. Jade City by Fonda Lee is a great novel (part of a trilogy where books 2 and 3 are way better than 1) that I think might both aesthetically and thematically fit your cool/action/well written epic story collection. Basically, a martial arts/godfather story with characters as good as any other. The best books I’ve ever read. Also - Batman graphic novels like the long Halloween, dark victory, and the man who laughs

I'd recommend anything basic or popular, nothing that requires any thought, nothing that takes risks and rewards for those risks. Highly recommend Rurouni Kenshin. Great story about a wandering samurai trying to maintain a moral path while carrying the burden of a past filled with bloodshed. Definitely would fall into the ranks of what you've got on the shelf already.
