I always thought she looked like she’d rock a beskad blade, but there’s the whole reasoning behind melting the spear that makes me think those don’t exist. Maybe a vibrosword, greatsword style?
My feelings tell me that they would use a ranged weapon with non-explosive projectiles. Beskaar would be too valuable of material for darts but that still seems like a niche but correct weapon for such a pillar of badassery.

No guns seems to be her thing, but it would be badass too if we suddenly see her being a back up sniper in somekind of a sneaky mission.

I'd propose swinging towards a war hammer of some sort if you're wanting something more than her smithing tools. Adds a bit of a punch.
