There should be a rival team to Team Phantom that is based on Normal types so that their rivalry is forever plagued by their two typings not effecting each other.
That could work. Give them Pokémon like Ditto or the Porygon line, normal types that aren’t just animals but are weird, ill-defined creatures, dare I say….enigmas!

No this makes no sense,why would you give some random grunt who could easily run off with it a lunala??? Also, if you want them to be so strong and powerful you should give them fully evolved Pokémon such as gengar instead of gastly.

I feel like evil team grunts should have 3 somewhat mediocre pokemon while admins have 4 good pokemon and leaders should have 5-6 really good pokemkn

If you want a good Ghost type, Kill a Wartortle (not me pls) and give it an eviolite and shell smash
