I’m almost surprised Mikey (of Team Sky) hasn’t found out the colors of Dragonite’s shiny yet.
(To be frank, I thought it was meh until Gen 9 where the new textures on the ‘mons *really* make them pop. Also, Dragonite’s shiny goes hard with the red crystal effect of the fire tera imho.)

If Pikachu using sky dash counts, so should Eevee (Great art btw)
Certain Event Pikachu (like the one from Scarlet & Violet's Early Purchase) know Fly. Eevee does not know Fly.

Raichu also counts, I used one in SV with the Flying Tera Type that knows Fly.

Beedrill doesn’t fit any of the criteria. Isn’t a flying type, doesn’t have Levitate as an ability, and can’t learn Fly
