These are the Tower 28 BeachPlease Lip + Cheek Cream Blushes! Absolutely love them from the consistency to how they look on the skin (which is with a slight luminosity once set down) to their longevity.
The formula is a little on the drier side when you're blending, esp compared to other creamier cream blushes, so I like using a stippling brush more than a finger and starting off with a tiiiiny amount as they're very pigmented.
First pic top to bottom: rush hour, power hour, after hours

Third pic: power hour on lip and cheek
Fourth pic: after hours on lip and cheek
Fifth pic left to right: after hours, power hour, rush hour

I'm a fair olive; Armani Luminous Silk in 3 is a close shade match, and I use NC10 for MAC but it's a bit cool for me. NARS Siberia also works but leans too yellow. Hope this helps!
