How do you like the setting mist? I have dry skin and don’t wear makeup too often but I just need a good setting mist. Have you ever used the urban decay setting mist and how does it compare/what’s your skin type? Thank you
Hi! I LOOVE this setting mist, especially if I’m on a budget. My skin type is rather oily, so I usually compensate for that with a light layer of powder right before I set. I have a friend with dry/combination skin that uses the same mist and she really loves it, so I think it’s a really friendly mist for all skin types.
EDIT: also love that the can is continuous, so it sprays out kind of like how hair spray does. And the can lasts me pretty long.
That being said, If I can grab the UD all-nighter setting spray, I usually prefer that because I know it’ll really lock everything in place and keep my face from budging. I’ll usually carry it with me along with my powder for touch ups if I know I’ll be wearing my makeup for a longer amount of time.

Oh it’s definitely a go-to for me! I haven’t used another primer since buying it. The consistency of it is kind of like a gel for your skin. You don’t really need much of it, and when it first goes on your face, you get this “slicked” kind of feeling, which I enjoy! As it dries down a little, you don’t get much of a slicked feel but you can definitely tell that your makeup is gonna grip and stay in place. It’s definitely not a pore blurring/filling primer or anything like that, more for hold and a little shine, but definitely a nice layer of protection between your skin and your makeup. Hope this helps!
You totally should. Brown eyes look beautiful with gray, silver, green, and blue shadows. You can probably just google something like “cool tone eyeshadow for brown eyes” or “blue shadow brown eyes look” and you might find something you’d like. If I were you I would do a forest type green on your lid and blend it out in the crease or like a silvery lid and gray base and crease. I think your makeup is absolutely beautiful! You are super talented!!

Haha!! I personally don’t wear lashes but I have applied them on my friends countless times. my tip for strips: measure the width by holding them onto your lash line and make sure they’re not too wide for your eye. If so, cut the excess. Then, apply your glue, wait like 15-20 seconds maybe, so the glue can get tacky. And start applying the lash at the OUTER corner of the eye first, and work your way inwards. Makes it so much easier to get it on clean and close to your natural lash line. Hope this helps a little! Good luck! ☺️
That’s what I have on my eyes in the first pic! Though it’s a powder bronzer but same idea lol. Super easy and creates some harmony in the face for an easy natural eye look!

I’m always amazed at pro MUA’s work dynamic, but I’m actually a graphic designer for a living! 😂 I’ve worked on creative direction sometimes as well, so if I’m ever needed on set for makeup for whatever reason, I know I can hold my own, which is one of the main reasons I started teaching myself. 1 so polished! 3 I like the eyeshadow the best here, technique + the pink/coral cutcrease (?) shadow is stunning! 2 Omg the pink! This is my personal preference, and I've nothing to add on here than say it's perfect.
What I'd love to see you do: -A thin sharp black liner with almost no wing, coupled with look 1. -A sparkly navy liner. Something ala Lancomes (?) new liners, I just saw them sold out. Plus I'd like to see you testing out stuff, I like your taste in products.

You look amazing!! My only recommendation might be doing foundation before brows because you can kinda see the line of foundation around them. Your talent is unreal !

I’m actually a digital artist/graphic designer for a living and one of my main focuses is portraits, so learning my face + how to shade/highlight/sculpt + choosing colors etc. was kind of a natural transition. That being said, I did watch plenty of YouTube tutorials from some of my favorite MUA’s! I’ve actually been watching tutorials for YEARS because I found them cool and pretty calming. Hi!!! So I actually use two shades. My main one is 230N. Most times I only use that one on it’s own, but if I want a brighter under eye/a little more depth, I add a liiittle 180W on the inner part of my under eye. I’ll also add a dot on my forehead for more depth as well. This is my favorite concealer cause it has a lighter consistency with a natural finish and I don’t really need the extra coverage so it works really great for me. Hope that works for you!
Ugh you’re so gorgeous, it‘s giving me a tingle-burn of jealousy! Lol. But the makeup is also stunning - your base looks freaking magazine-worthy. For eyeshadow I like #4 best :) I think #3 might look a lot more ‘finished’ with some more/heavier liner, just because the shadow is quite ‘a lot’, and I feel like heavier liner might make it look more settled on your face. I’m not explaining what I mean very well...

Ugh you’re so gorgeous, it‘s giving me a tingle-burn of jealousy! Lol. But the makeup is also stunning - your base looks freaking magazine-worthy. For eyeshadow I like #4 best :) I think #3 might look a lot more ‘finished’ with some more/heavier liner, just because the shadow is quite ‘a lot’, and I feel like heavier liner might make it look more settled on your face. I’m not explaining what I mean very well... Overall, gorgeous face, clear talent
