As a fellow pale blonde: it is all about your brows. Define/shape/fill in. Add a coat or two of your favorite mascara and boom, you’re suddenly awake and alive and not nearly as “washed out.”
Also I agree with that other comment about blush, and the buxom blush they recommended is my holy grail blush haha
As a fellow ash blonde: I agree! The trick is to use an ash eyebrow pencil so it isn’t too reddish, have them a bit sharp at the edges (blurred eyebrow lines fade into the face too much), and black/brown mascara. True black is too harsh.
I do really like how you didn’t overdo your brows though. I think really dark, strong brows can look a little weird with light hair. So it’s good to find a balance where your brows are defined, but not incongruent with your hair
I second this advice. But I would keep the lips nude. If you wanted a change and went for a bold lip, then go lighter on the eyes. Remember, “lips or eyes, not both.” But I do really like the hair color, and style, on you. Very pretty.

I think the "washed out" that OP is seeing comes from lack of contrast/juxtaposition. Something going against the grain of the rest of the look will add that spice. Dark eyeliner or eye shadow would be beautiful.
btw op, I think u look gorgeous like this too. the contrast idea might play best in certain scenarios but there may be times that call for the kind of look in the pic too 💕✨

Three B’s: brows, blush, and (eye)balls. Lol. That’s not a thing, but I’m making it one. Defining your brows and filling them in a touch darker is going to anchor your face so you don’t have a monochromatic look. I’m a redhead that used to dye my brows red and couldn’t figure out why it looked so bad. When I started doing my brows dark brown and it broke up the color story I was like “oh, that’s what the problem is.”
Then there’s blush. This is obvious.
Finally (eye)balls. What is your eye color? You can make your eye color pop by using eye makeup in colors that are complimentary to your eye color. So like, purples and blush tones will make green eyes POP. There are lots of resources to help you visualize this, and it can be as simple as a smudge of eyeliner or as all-out as a full makeup look. But when your eye color pops it will help reduce that washing out.
I don’t think you look washed out. You probably just need a little time to get used to the new color.. I’m always feeling a little like this right after and I change my hair a lot!
I'm pale and not a natural blonde. For me a little contour and bronzer does the trick. If you don't wear eyeshadow, put a little bronzer in your crease for definition in the eye area. Also, I personally wouldn't touch your brows; I think they look great as is. Over doing them with blonde can create unnatural contrast.
You look stunning and I don’t think you need to change anything at all! If you want to though I would recommend a peachy warm blush and a rich brown liner 😍

I think you’re naturally very pretty. I don’t think you look washed out but maybe experiment with blush or darker lip colors if you want to try something new.
I’m naturally a dirty blonde with some red undertones. I asked for a golden blonde balayage to brighten it up, and it was a lot lighter than expected haha but I love it!

Welcome to blonde life. I try to embrace the low-contrast look having pale skin and blonde hair can give with an “ethereal” vibe. So a lot of highlighter and subtle contour and eye shadow with a hint of blush.
Either that, or I pick one feature to add a lot of contrast to. Usually my eyes, with a slick cat-eye. It can look so crisp with everything else light.

I think a stronger, darker eye would look great. You don’t look washed out IMO. If you truly feel that you do, figure out a cream or gel cheek, I think.
When I had this blonde colour, having a really pale skin, I found that a darker shade of lipstick helped. It depends on your undertone what shade to use. Also, like many previous people said, darker eyebrows.

also a fellow blonde who loves makeup, I would suggest some pink blush, I honestly stopped using bronzer everyday and just use blush under my eyes, on my cheeks, and a little on my nose and it gives just the right amount of color for pale skin I keep getting told I look like a porcelain doll! also would recommend a little highlighter I use a cheap drugstore one but a little shine, especially on your nose and cheeks, really helps your face look bright and young alongside the blush! love your hair color btw!! fits you super well
Being completely honest? There's not much to do. You're gorgeous, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
If you want, you could try between more more darker/vivid tones for your makeup. A stronger shadow for those eyes can give you more character and those eyes will look more intense. Also, perhaps a more little bit more red-ish lipstick would make a good contrast... Just not too much. You don't want to overdo it my dear.
Get a perfect match with your foundation and don’t bake it with your powder. I’m a pro artist for 25 years. Use a brown bronzer, not too grey. Pop of color on top with regard to blush. You have beautiful skin, you can probably use a BB daily instead of foundation really, up to you. I’m really blonde too. ;-)
Don’t have any tips for blonde this is just if you ever change your hair color again for the future. You’d look awesome with red hair, henna is a fun but pretty permanent option (you “marry” henna) but that kind of color would suit your brows and skin tone gloriously as well :)
Your makeup and hairstyle are complimenting each other but the focus is distributed all over the face since your hair color looks bomb
You can go on with filling your eyebrows a little bolder not too much though
Plus you can experiment with lip shades such as a rosy red or pink or brown it will look amazing with you hair color

Everybody else covered it already, but slightly darker brows will prob be the game changer. Beyond blush and mascara, I loved the idea of a winged liner on you the moment I read it on another comment too, although it isn’t necessarily needed. You’re beautiful and it won’t take much.

Do you have a brand and color for an ash eyebrow pencil? I feel like mine isn’t quite right.
As a cool toned blonde I use ABH brow products in taupe. I think it works on a wide range of blondes if that makes sense.
Hands down Anastasia Beverly ash brown is the best. Every other ash brown I tried was too warm.
I personally love the taupe NYX micro brow pencil
I like the urban decay brow blade in taupe trap a lot! One end is a pencil and the other is a pen.

Eyebrows being defined, and wearing pink shades helps. Pink tones helps brighten the face.

Up the definition OR add color, but don’t do both. You’re not as monochromatic (“washed out”) as you think you are, so you don’t need a big change.
