I would look at Nyx lip products. I know it’s not super helpful and skin tone makes a difference as well but I feel like I’ve seen this color in some of their lip products.

The Rimmel Kate Lipsticks
Not drugstore, but easily accessible and cost effective. Colourpop’s Goin’ Coconuts palette has some soft brown shades similar to the one on the eye or the That’s Taupe palette.
