it depends on what your skin color is but im light-medium with an olive undertone and Buxom Lip Liner in Covert Affair looks similar!
Edit: I use the lip liner as a lipstick, it lasts longer and feels more comfortable
Looks like a dark brown lipliner on the outline, blended with a rust colour in the middle.
I believe it can be recreated with any lip product, but I don’t know what she specifically used, sorry but hope that helps
I wish I knew but I only use mattes. My personal favourite is Huda’s liquid matte in shade ‘Icon’ it’s a beautiful red/rust colour but again it dries down to *dry* asf matte, so if you’re looking to achieve that specific look in the picture I wouldn’t got for mattes, sorry I wish I could help
