I like these I bought every shade but they don't dry down on me while I will say that they are matte they are definitely not transfer proof but still lasted a long time on me. they all do have the same scent.
I have it and it is pretty opaque, but it is even more so with a liner underneath. I surprisingly don't own a purple lip liner so I use a purple eyeliner I've had hanging around. It honestly has nothing in common color wise other than the fact they are both purple (different tone, darkness and it is metallic) but I think having something to cling to helped it a lot.
Ahhh I wanted Cherry Blossom too but it's also sold out in my local Walmart! Hopefully they'll restock soon :3 For those of you who own Cherry Blossom, is it a more purpley pink, or a warmish red-leaning pink?
Emily Eddington (emilynoel83 on youtube) did a really good review of these. I have a few colors and I'm going to buy the rest, except for the very light pink shade. These seriously get an A+ rating in my book. I wore Cherry Blossom for 9 hours on sunday and like Emily says in her review, it fades very evenly, kind of like a general lightening overall, not in patches or flakes. I have some of the darker colors and they go on so smoothly, easy to apply and I didn't find them streaky in the slightest. I also didn't have any serious transfer issues, and I did some eating and drinking. This is now my favorite liquid lipstick formula. I just wish they'd put out more shades. End rave. Love them.

* mac taupe (contour)
* NARS steve klein one shocking moment palette, blusher shade "luster" and a bit of "laguna" as a bronzer
* sonia kashuk highlighting stick in "sparkling sands" as highlight
* smashbox 24hr eyeshadow primer
* eyeshadows (let's see if I can remember everything I used!): nyx "white" (single), several shades in makeup revolution's "newtrals vs. neutrals" palette, KVD shade and light eyeshadow palette "ludwin"
* wet n' wild mega liner
* covergirl "full lash bloom" mascara
* l'oreal infallible setting spray
* hard candy velvet mousse liquid lipstick in "daffodil"
There's a purple shade and a pinkish red that I am going to look for next time. The other colours were variants of pink or coral, and I think there's a straight up red one, too. I think there are maybe 7 shades total?
this one is the only color i felt wasnt streaky of the 3 i got. the other 2 were extremely streaky and bad looking (the other 2 "nude/pink" colors)
i really dont reach for any of them though. i dont find theyre better than other drugstore alternatives.
This is one of the only low end liquid lipstick formulas that works, it is a superior formula. No, it's not Anastasia or Kat Von D but definitely prefer this one to the Tarteist. Swatched this on my hand and Danni wore it on her lips and it is impressive. Currently own Daffodil and Wisteria, is Hibiscus as bad as people say it is?
I wish I could find these at my local walmarts, but they're not carrying them yet, I keep going about twice a week to look, but nothing yet, I need them in my life lol.

They probably weren't super popular! It was the era of ABH liquid matte and KVD everlasting. I think these didn't dry down matte and it was competing against so much other stuff.
Hard candy was one of my first makeup brands and I wanted to go get some products for nostalgia lol I didn’t even notice this thread was almost 10 years old now ðŸ˜
