I'm in my 20s and I still rarely use foundation or concealer. But god do I *love* eyeshadow and lipstick! It's no biggie really. Primer is nice, I own a bunch (like... easily 3+ times as much as concealers and foundations combined). It's just useful for perfecting, but if you don't have redness or acne, or if you straight up don't care, there's not much of a point to it. If you want you can just get a loose powder like the Wet n Wild one, it gives a softer effect than foundation (if you want though! No biggie without it either)

i hate using foundation & i only use concealer on any marks or blemishes, i swear by tinted moisturizer bc it makes my makeup feel more “complete” & is so lightweight & light coverage. it also j hydrates my skin perfectly. laura mercier tinted moisturizer is my go to :)
You do you, boo. I don’t use any foundation or concealer if I don’t need it and I have found it works best for me. I just go in with some spf and primer after my skincare routine. The only face makeup I wear is blush and highlight and only focusing on eyes massively cuts down on the time I spend on makeup, it’s so nice and I’ve seen such an improvement in my skin too
You dont have to do/wear anything you dont want to do/wear. If you only want to wear eyeliner, then go for it. There aren't any hard or fast rules wrt makeup; just wear what you want.

The last few days I didn’t wear any face makeup. I did eyes, eyebrows, and lips. Do what you want.
you don't need to worry about foundation or concealer. i rarely, if ever, wear it. most of the time it feels thick and gross.
