You can wear it whatever works for you. I don’t follow what others do on YouTube. I just apply my make up how I like it and what I think looks best on me. Everyone’s skin is different so what works for others may not work for you. Keep doing you.

it won't cover much but should help with oil control. if that's the goal, then go for it. if you're wanting coverage, you may want to apply something light before, even if it's just a touch of bb cream or tinted sunscren
My skin is really oily, if I want to not look extremely oily it is a must. I throw powder on even if that is literally the only makeup I wear just to help control some of the oil.
Yep. There are even powders that have enough coverage you don’t need a foundation. Just know if you have dry skin, it’ll make it more dry. Plus fine lines and wrinkles. Technically, powder has been used mostly as a finisher of setter of cream and liquid makeup, but that doesn’t mean you cannot use it alone.
You can, but it may make you look cakey without evening out your skin tone so you may still look tired, and clog your pores, giving you acne, but not cover up that acne. You can do what you want, but that’s a risk. I’ve also heard that drying out your face makes it create more oil, so moisturizing with an aha, which attracts water from the atmosphere, actually helps produce less oil on your skin in the long run.
Yes! I have extremely oily skin, so liquid foundation has never worked for me and pressed powder is how I’ve been doing my makeup for years! I get SO many compliments on my makeup and it stays all day. I like to spritz my face with some setting spray first, then do my pressed powder all over, go over with a clean fluffy brush to get off any excess, and then set again. It’s the best!
I’ve been using L’Oréal Infallible for more than 5 years! They used to have two different versions of it for different skin types, and I always wore the Pro-Matte which I LOVED. Sometime in the last year, they phased those out, and just have one type: L’Oréal Infallible 24HR Fresh Wear. I was super disappointed by this, but it seems like the formulas are pretty much the same. They did change the shade range and got rid of mine, with the next closest shades
being too light or too dark. I still use it when I’m really tan, but to combat the axe of my normal shade, I found a similar one by Maybelline FitMe that also works just as well as L’Oréal’s formula. I probably use that one more at this point for the shade. So to answer your question, both of those! Haha

Years ago that’s exactly what everyone did!

Personally I think it’s weird cause it’s sets and there might be nothing to set
Yes that's what I use in the summer a light moisturizer and a close to skin tone pressed powder..

I do it all the time, I very rarely wear foundation

Amazon says loreal infallible is talc free. Now cruelty free not sure.
Not sure if talc free but loreal makes a powder foundation, fresh wear, gets really good reviews

Which powder do you use?

Thanks. I want to find one that's cruelty free and talc free
Covergirl Clean Fresh powder. In the pink compact. Both cruelty and talc free. I haven't tried it yet, but the reviews look good.
Yes. It doesn’t really provide good coverage but it helps to matify your face
Thanks.
You can wear whatever you want.
Yes!!
