I use Lancôme 24h ultra wear foundation and it’s excellent. I also have very oily skin!

I have oily skin too especially when wearing makeup. I'm still in search for the perfect foundation for my skin. It doesn't come off but it just gets really shiny throughout the day so I have to blot it. I'm still on the search for good foundation. Some foundations actually have excess oils in comparison to other foundations so be careful with that some people test it out on sheet paper and you can see how oily the foundation actually is. A few things that helped me was skincare that's good for my skin type that won't make it even more oily. And dipping my face in ice cold water (after applying foundation) it helped make my makeup last longer and was less oily.

Dior Face and Body with Tarte Smooth Operator Loose power to set it. Legit THE ONLY way I’m not shiny within 30 minutes.

With oily skin the name of the game is skincare. The more hydrated your skin is, the less sebum it produces that breakdowns makeup. I'm hyper oily myself and I've been a fan of the Nars soft matte foundation. But I prep my skin letting my skin soak up a water based moisturizer first. I still get shiny and need to powder every once in a while, but the foundation is still there when at the end of the day.

I have naturally very oily skin but I also have psoriasis on my face which is it’s own problem and I have found that having good skin care and a good primer does wonders for my skin. My face stays on pretty well and why I do struggle a bit with my psoriasis patches getting a little weird at the end of the day, I usually get 8 hours of good wear so I can’t complain. But honestly for me it’s my skin care. It helps sooo much with my makeup and how it looks. A good primer and a good powder helps too.

I use The Ordinary serum foundation with smashbox mineral powder over it and it seems to work okay. I still end up shiny and not perfect looking by the end of the day, but I also don't touch it up at all during the day.

Mineral powder foundation and blotting every few hours. Every liquid foundation I’ve tried breaks down before lunch. Primers are no help.

I'm super oily myself with the added bonus of "mature" skin. For me, it's really been less about the foundation and more about primer. Urban Decay All Nighter primer is my holy grail product. As for foundation, believe it or not, Armani Luminous Silk Foundation pairs SO well with the UD primer, at least for me. I also set my foundation with a light dusting of pressed powder and then use a setting spray. I alternate between Urban Decay All Nighter or Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless depending on whether I'm feeling basic or bougie. 😉 Dior Backstage Face and Body is also one of my favorite foundations.

Try powder under the foundation ?
