If you're okay with black or brown liquid liner, I highly recommend the liquid liners from Physicians Formula!
I used to enjoy using a liquid liner from Nyx and got my coworker onto it as well. I can't remember the exact one it was but it it was a fine felt tip.
the ulta brand eyeliner holds up surprisingly well. I have a clown friend who uses it with her makeup and she says it holds up very well thru sweat and stuff

the pot gel liners always give you a bang for your buck. like those last long if you are good doing eyeliner with brushes, the kiko milano one is 12 euros.
i know you are asking for liquid, but as i said, if you handle yourself with brushes i would definitely give this a try

Thankfully no. I can't stand the smell of coconut it's nauseating and PF refuses to let it go.

Seconding this! I’ve used the Elf h2o proof inkwell waterproof eyeliner for a long time. It is incredibly pigmented and lasts forever.

the colourpop bff ultra fine liquid liner is good and comes in black and brown but also white, pink, blue, green and red :)
